2nd Five Year Plan had more hidden taxation for the common man,but Desmukh showing a very pretty picture of furure to commonman by hiding it neatly. (1)
2nd Five year Plan put Tax on wealth which was like gallow hanging on the heads of the wealty people waiting to be beheaded any moment. (1)

A difficult & tricy task was given to Deshmukh where he was doing a great job by pretending like a weight lifter whough the actual weight is on the common man of India (1)
A joke on the value of Indian Rupees, Value of Indian rupee was always low but still IndianFnance Ministry claimed to be working smoothly. (1)

A political parade, just apt for that time on Indian Market. Due to slump Businessmen were having hard time because of sudden fall in price. (1)
A real joke that Indian economic policy remained the most soundest in it`s literally meaning,as it had so many plans & policies coming everyday, compare to rest of the world. (1)
A satire on allocation of ministry and how their job seemed like,eg. according to Home Minister Rajagopalachari had been given a sweeper`s job to clean India. (1)
According to Deshmukh : a)Since common man was accostomed to lifting high price , so price could like a huge elephant go higher & higher. b.Private Sector was like Draupadi`s drape could be pulled as far as possible,so various tax could be put on Private Sectors ,as simply god would help Private sector.
