After nationalistion of Banking, Deshmukh(Govt,) choosed not to have any role to intervene in any disputes between Bankers & Bank Employees, what ever problem they had was theirs. (1)
Common man remained the same victim with no relief even after 1952-53budget , presented by Deshmukh (1)
Deshmukh created many milestones to shock everyone, eg.Nationalisation of Insurance, Nationalisation of Banking, Tax on Wealth, Foreign Trade Nationalisation, Ceilings of income etc. (1)
Deshmukh had to consider more taxes from the various sources, because so many new posts of astt superintendents, superintendents& also upgrading a number of posts of assistant secretaries to posts of under - secretary was made by Deputy Home minister. Those posts were like blood sucking vampire sapping all the blood of Finance Ministry`s treasury (1)
Deshmukh was upset to see the collection of national income as it was much lower than the concession was given to income tax assessees. (1)
Deshmukh was urged by the Indian Marchants' Chamber to do some thing about the falling price of rupees (1)
Deshmukh, like swallowing a bottle of very bitter pill , unhappily agreed to the decision of the Bank Award Commission to restore Appellate Tribunal's award in the dispute between banks and their employees. (1)
During 1953 ,the value of Pakistani Rupee became higher than Indian Rupee & even Pounds.India & British `s intervention made it fall drastically & became same value as Indian Rupee. (1)
No matter how much Pandit Pant demanded to revise the grant alloted to the centre & state & also the various ministry to build & develop a true welfare state, Deshmukh thought otherwise and kept the `whole bread of Oliver Twists' (profit or the giant share)for the Centre ,as the interest of the Centre should be prime (1)
No matter what Deshmukh & his collegues claims, 2nd Five Year Plan was unrealistic & overambitious just like a huge gigantic rock ,according to Mr. K.C.Neogy of Planning Commission. (1)
