After emargency all the member of Parliament was elected back as it was except Mr. Munshi since he didnt contest the election as he thought it was difficult.alas (1)
Deficit Finance was like a wild horse without a reins.Deshmukh forced common man to climb that wild dangerous horse, assuaring that he since was holding the rains all investment would be safe,actually it was otherwise. (1)
Deshmukh as Finance Minister of the country , introduced many taxes to handled the price situation but the expenditure of the government is too high. (1)
Deshmukh is shown as a great agent whose rate was 5 to 40 percent and he can extract from every class of the society (1)
Deshmukh`s 5 years plan almost reaped the common man naked in the hope of a brighter future ,promised by Deshmukh (1)
Indian money market was bleeding every where with wound caused by inflation & also new bank rate put by Deshmukh (1)

Moral fund was a total an eye wash though it seemed like centre,Bombay, Traders & common man were paying but actually Centre was extracting from Bombay state,Bombay on the other hand picking up money from the traders & traders always extracting from the common man,so the common man was ultimately paying from the moral fund. Only Deshmukh like a fortune teller,could pedict the future of the managing agency system. As he was the final authority in the government on the issues of Managing Agencies. (1)
